We have a new and user friendly website (www.staybeachside.com), we use all the social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter), we advertise with the local chamber of commerce, we sponsor local events, and we are number one on all the major search engine sites like Google, MSN and Yahoo. We have an in house web designer/marketer, and we use VRBO and Homeaway.
Professional handling of Check-ins and Late Arrivals
We conveniently email or mail the guest a detailed map and set of directions to our office where they will check-in. If they will be arriving after our business hours we will then make arrangements to give them a code to our after hours lock box where they will pick up their guest packet. We have a 24 hour on call representative to answer any after hour phone calls and emergency maintenance issues that may arise.
