We understand your concerns regarding your Panama City Beach vacation and the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. For your peace of mind, Beachside Resorts will provide a money-back guarantee should your vacation be impacted by oil. Our beaches are open and as beautiful as ever. However, should you wish to cancel before your vacation commences, we will refund your money in full, and waive our usual $50 cancellation fee. If your vacation is interrupted by the oil spill once you are here, we will refund you in full for any unused days if you choose to check out before your departure date.
